Smart Teachers is recruiting for a Humanities Teacher at a successful secondary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The successful Humanities Teacher will be joining a school with impressive results across the board. This Humanities Teacher position is a fixed term full time position from April 2019 until July 2019. Subjects to be covered will include Geography and Citizenship. This co-educational secondary school has a supportive and dynamic Humanities department with great resources throughout.

In order to be considered for this role, the Humanities Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree with QTS
• Proven experience teaching the UK, or an equivalent, curriculum
• NQTs and/or OS-trained teachers are welcome to apply
• Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
• Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
• Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
