Job Description:
As an English and Literature Teacher at Olsen House School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire students aged 11-14 within the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will support student development in reading, writing, critical thinking, and communication skills while contributing positively to the school community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of an Associate Degree or equivalent in Education or related field
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with secondary school students
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 English and Literature curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Competent classroom management skills
