Last September Ipswich Academy became the fourth school to become part of Paradigm Trust. There are a number of vacancies for teachers who are seeking to make an outstanding contribution. You will need to be open to fresh challenges, have high energy and commitment levels and work to the highest standards. The rewards are excellent, with Performance Related Pay for the best teachers.

Teachers with leadership and management experience, NQTs and subject leads are welcomed, specifically in Humanities.

There are also Leadership and Management opportunities for the right candidates. We would also like to hear from Primary colleagues with experience in KS2, as we strive to attain substantial improvements in standards across the school.

If you are excited by the chance to prove yourself, earn more and be part of a successful Trust, please contact us to arrange a meeting to discuss the vacancies.

About Paradigm Trust

Led by the Executive Principal, Amanda Phillips CBE, National Leader of Education, Paradigm Trust was formed to ensure that we leave a legacy of high achievement, excellence in all we do and a set of values that underpins all leadership decisions in every one of our schools.

The ethos of the Trust is very simple: it is that every child is entitled to an outstanding education, with equal access to knowledge, skills, opportunities, aspirations, life chances and dignity. Every child deserves the best from the schools within the Trust and we aim to provide this in many ways, the most important of which are a well-planned and taught curriculum, in an environment where the safety and well-being of pupils are paramount. The Trust considers strong partnership work, with the communities its schools serve, as essential to achieving excellent results. The Trust encourages parents and/or carers to support their children at home by encouraging learning, good conduct and high expectations.

All applicants must have due regard for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and to follow the child protection procedures adopted by the Trust. If successful, you will also be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure form immediately after appointment. An enhanced DBS check that is satisfactory to us will be a condition of employment.
