Humanities Teacher (ability to teach IGCSE & A Level)

The British International School of Wrocław (BISC) is seeking to appoint an outstanding Humanities Teacher to join our successful and growing school. The successful candidate will ideally be able to teach History and Geography and will join a department with a long tradition of academic excellence.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable teacher who:

• Can teach IGCSE and A Level to a high standard

Experience with Cambridge International programmes is highly desirable, although strong candidates with other British-curriculum backgrounds will also be considered.

Requirements

Applicants should:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching in an English-medium environment
• Be able to teach up to A Level
• Demonstrate strong classroom practice and a commitment to student progress

Preference may be given to Polish or EU citizens, or candidates who already have the legal right to work in Poland.

The British International School of Wrocław (BISC Wroclaw) is a mixed, mainstream, all-through international, independent school in Poland.
