I.T. TECHNICIAN
The Governors of this Ofsted rated Outstanding and over-subscribed mixed 11-18 school are seeking to appoint a dedicated and hardworking technician to join our IT support team in providing day to day maintenance of various hardware / software applications within the school.
As a specialist in your field, you will routinely carry out hardware and software installations and repairs, maintain inventory, order equipment and maintain/troubleshoot whiteboards and associated projectors.
You will also assist in the support of our SIMS information system and with the maintenance and running of our servers.
Ideally, you should have previous experience, preferably in a school and possess a relevant qualification such as Microsoft’s MCTS certification or equivalent. Training will be provided.
Hours – 35 hours per week. Full time post, 52 weeks with 20 days leave plus public holidays
Salary - negotiable
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils. All staff will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. A respect for the Catholic ethos of the School is essential.
