Purpose of the Role
The IB Coordinator is accountable, together with the Head of Secondary, for the overall quality of the curriculum in the school. The coordinator is an active and dynamic leader who works collaboratively with Dehong middle school teachers to create warm, flexible, language rich environments which promote high quality learning, student agency, and independence.
