We are currently seeking an experienced IB Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator to join our team and lead the successful implementation and management of the IB DP curriculum at the secondary school level.

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience: 5 years

Job Overview:
The IB DP Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme, ensuring compliance with IB standards and practices while supporting teachers and students throughout the programme. The coordinator will work closely with faculty, administration, students, and parents to maintain a rigorous academic environment that fosters student success.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience within an IB DP environment
- Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate framework, policies, and assessment criteria
- Proven leadership skills with experience coordinating academic programmes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to support and mentor teachers in curriculum delivery and professional development
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis related to student performance tracking
