Gubei campus is a long established high school and follows GCSE and IB Diploma with around 900 students over grades 9-12, student ages 14-18) in preparation for pupils gaining admissions to some of the best overseas universities in the world.

Our organisation currently have seven school campuses in and around Shanghai which provide various curriculum pathways. Shanghai United International School (Gubei Campus) is a full-time high school (ages14-18) located in central Shanghai and has its own major feeder primary and middle school (SUIS Hongqiao Campus) which at primary teaches through the IB PYP programme and in the middle school section g6-8 follows precursor GCSE programmes.

For next academic year ( August 2023) we are seeking qualified and experienced teachers  to join our impressively professional staff of 100 teaching colleagues from many different countries who offer a wide and balanced range of academic subjects. 

We have seen consistently impressive results both at IGCSE (last year 93% A*-C, and 50% A and A*), and at IB Diploma (substantially above the world average, as well as nearly every one of our 150 G12 students receiving at least one offer from one of the world's top 200 universities.  

Students gain University acceptances from the best universities around the world in USA, UK, Canada, Australia (eg University of Cambridge, Oxford, UCL, Imperial, UCLA, Ivy Leagues, McGill, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne). 

We are looking for well-qualified and experienced teachers to join our team of committed professionals. 

General requirements of applicants: 

1. Qualified teachers, fluent English speaking with excellent verbal and writing skills;

2. Holding a degree from a recognized institution (no lower than Bachelor) and a recognized teaching qualification;

3. With preferably a minimum of two years of relevant teaching experience;

4. iGCSE or IB DP experience where appropriate would be desirable but not essential.
