IB MYP Coordinator

The job

As the IB MYP Coordinator you will serve as the pedagogical leader of the IB MYP programme, ensuring that the school meets all IB expectations. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the marketing of the IB programmes, leading and organizing information sessions for students and parents, and completing the five-year IB programme evaluation. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to teachers in their understanding, implementation, and delivery of the MYP curriculum.

What can you expect from us?

• A full time appointment (in combination with teaching load) for the school year 2024-2025 (start August 2024), with the possibility to become permanent the following school year;
• Salary grading takes place in scale LC (min. € 3.321,- max € 5.826,-);

This is what we ask of you

• You have experience in the International Baccalaureate programmas and international education and preferably you had a leadership role before ;
• You have a relevant degree, are eligible to work in the EU and you have a DUO recognized teaching qualification;
• You have a good command of spoken and written English;
• You have a great understanding of different cultural backgrounds.
