THE ROLE
IBDP Coordinator (please state teaching subjects)
Provide liaison between the IBO and Northbridge International School Cambodia
Promote and model the IB Learner Profile
Drive inquiry-based teaching and learning
Promote international mindedness in the curriculum
Lead the IB authorization and evaluation processes, in conjunction with the MYP Coordinator
Oversee the Core (Extended Essay, TOK and CAS coordinators and programmes)
Collaborate with the other programme coordinators to ensure the curriculum is aligned and articulated
Lead the organisation and execution of the annual Grade 12 NISC graduation

OUR NISC ACADEMIC RESULTS
For the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, our students consistently achieve above a 35 point average and a 100% pass rate, with up to 25% of students earning a score above 40. We consistently achieve 80% bilingual diplomas. For the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme personal project our students achieved a 5.7-point average, 1.65 points above the world average.
