We have a fantastic opportunity for an ICT Helpdesk – Technical Support Officer to join Penola Catholic College and work in a fantastic environment.

As the ICT Helpdesk – Technical Support Officer you will be responsible for assisting staff, students and the Penola community in the use of College computer facilities. You will also be involved in the location of faults in both hardware and software, provide support to staff conducting classes, and assist in the preparation and delivery of training programs, assist staff in the use of all aspects of hardware, operating systems and end product software.

This is a 12 month fixed term full time position with the possibility of ongoing.

About You

To be successful you will be component in and have an understanding in the use of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Synergetic. The ability to be highly organised, motivated, team orientated and demonstrate initiative is critical.

You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
