ICT Infrastructure Apprentice
As an ICT Infrastructure Apprentice, you’ll initially work on the 1st line helpdesk, assisting users with their IT issues and requests. This is an amazing opportunity to take your first steps towards a rewarding career in a continuously evolving technological world. You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills and will be given a role-specific learning path, as well as access to courses where you can learn at your own pace. As your knowledge increases, you’ll have the chance to take on other technical responsibilities. You'll learn how to:
• Respond to users’ technical problems and carry out initial investigations.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting tasks on internal and external server environments.
• Gather diagnostic information from cloud and local systems.
• Support general IT operational duties.
• Assist with projects and deployments.

Paid hours per week: 37 hours per week, specific hours to be determined prior to appointment
Expected Duration: 15 – 18 months
Salary: Apprenticeship – £7.70 per hour, 37 hours a week, Full Time (up to 25 years old)
£8.21 per hour, 37 hours a week, Full Time (25 and over.)
