The City of Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College is a thriving, lively and successful Sixth Form College, committed to social inclusion. ICT Manager

(Full Time / Permanent)

The College is seeking to recruit an experienced ICT Manager to provide expert knowledge, experience and operational management to the ICT Services department, ensuring that the Infrastructure, devices and services used across the College are fit for purpose, secure and maintained to the highest standards. The post holder will advise on future technology, system and service solutions to meet the needs of the trust, and manage projects to renew and improve the infrastructure as part of an overall ICT strategy for the trust. You will provide advice, support and guidance to support the effective use of a range of learning technologies as part of the strategic plans for teaching, learning and assessment and quality improvement.

As well as having a very high level of technical expertise, you will have the ability to communicate efficiently and confidently to both staff and students, explaining technical issues in an accessible manner.
