About the role
We are seeking an ICT Officer to provide high level technical support in the delivery and operation of information systems and services provided to the Brisbane Catholic Education schools and office communities. The role holder focusses heavily on analysis, development, administration, user support and operational activities.
Duties
- Implement new information systems and services according to the requirements of ICT projects
- Support and operate production information systems and services in accordance with the required service level of Brisbane Catholic Education
- Maintain, develop and support information systems and services at a high quality level and in a timely manner to meet expectations
- Proactively share technical expertise and business knowledge within the team’s area of responsibility including documentation
Skills & Experience
- Experience of operating & maintaining Dynamics AX 2012 including server and system configuration, load balancing, release implementation in large scale deployment
- Excellent SQL server maintenance and SQL writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and time management
- Experience in SSRS report creation and release management is highly desirable
- Dynamics AX 2012 developer skills are desirable
- .Net programming skills are desirable
- Experience in supporting educational administration systems, Finance systems, HR & Payroll system or web applications is desirable
