Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide technical expertise and knowledge within Star Academies.
The successful candidate will ensure that all systems are working at optimal levels and to support the existing ICT environment through leading the ICT support team to provide first-class proactive IT customer support across the Star network.
You will have:
- 5 A*-Cs at GCSE including English and Maths
- Experience of working in an ICT setting
- Experience of supporting large ICT environments.
- Experience of using infrastructure management tools.
- The ability to use MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Visio and Office 365.
- The ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
