The Role

We are looking for an ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join our ICT team. The main role will be to provide first line technical support to both students and staff. You will be joining an experienced team responsible for all aspects of IT support within the school. You will benefit from a high degree of hands-on experience and on the job training leading you to become more experienced and confident as the Apprenticeship programme progresses. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills as you will be communicating with and supporting both students and staff.

The role is all year round, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position is fixed term in line with the apprenticeship scheme.

Training will be provided by South Devon College, one day per week to cover knowledge modules as part of the apprenticeship. During term time, one day per week will be spent at South Devon College and the rest of the time, the role will be in our school.
