Permanent post, to start as soon as possible
Salary: Band C, Salary Range £24,702 to £27,334 per annum
Hours of work: Full Time (37 hours per week), Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm
We are looking for a suitably qualified, self-motivated person to provide a range of technical and general ICT support to staff and pupils within primary schools within the Trust. The post will be based across two primary schools in Solihull and the ability to work independently and travel between the two schools in is essential. Support is provided from the Central IT Team.
Arden Multi-Academy Trust is a family of secondary schools comprised of Arden Academy (Knowle), Lode Heath School (Solihull), Henley in Arden School (Henley) and Park Hall Academy (Castle Bromwich), Dorridge Primary School (Dorridge) and Coppice Academy (Solihull).

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to:
- Provide technical IT support to staff and pupils in a primary-school setting. The ability to communicate effectively with teachers, support staff and primary-school-aged children is essential
- Detect, diagnose and resolve PC, printer, peripheral and software errors, assisting students and staff when required
- Perform routine checks on PCs, printers, projectors/ sound and repair when required
- Maintain the school websites
- Attend key events e.g. Open Evenings to provide technical support as required
- Provide support to other members of the IT Team
Qualities required:
- Level 3 and/or ICT technical qualification
- Experience of working within an IT field
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication between teachers, support staff and Primary-aged children.
