ICT Technician

We are seeking to appoint an experienced ICT Technician to join our friendly and innovative team in the New Year. The role will involve assisting in the maintenance of the whole school’s ICT networks at both of our sites and providing technical support for all users.

The Royal High School has a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy. As a result, you will need a knowledge of a range of devices and operating systems to help students connect to the school systems. As first line support, you will need to help students solve issues that they have with their device.

The successful candidate will be a reliable and hard-working individual with working knowledge of network systems including their installation, maintenance and adaption. The post holder will demonstrate good working practices when handling and using ICT equipment and experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage, but is not essential.
