We are seeking to recruit an experienced school leader and/or adviser to join an innovative team within school improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to work for Kent’s new education services company, ‘The Education People’, and you will share our vision for Kent to be at the forefront of education and learning.

As a Mathematics Improvement Adviser, you will be working with a team of highly motivated and professional individuals, committed to ongoing improvement through working collaboratively with Kent teachers and headteachers across East and South of Kent.

You will have a deep understanding of the primary national curriculum for Mathematics, and a broad understanding of the wider curriculum and assessment frameworks. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of leading improvements within your school(s), successful school to school support and/or have been accredited as a lead/moderator.

The base for this location can either be Kroner House in Ashford or Brook House in Whitstable, depending on where is most convenient for the successful applicant. 

We will consider a full-time post for candidates who can offer a strength in a further primary subject.
