We are looking for someone with a proven record of excellent teaching and good or outstanding senior leadership in schools.
You will:
-
work as an improvement partner with headteachers to move schools to good and outstanding as quickly and sustainably as possible
-
plan, manage and deliver high quality CPD
-
make a significant contribution to raising standards in schools as an Adviser for all aspects of high quality teaching, learning, leadership and management
-
contribute to narrowing gaps for all vulnerable groups
-
work in both primary and secondary schools across the county, building effective relationships with headteachers and staff at all levels
