Job overview
The St Lawrence Academy is a small academy for 11-16 year old boys and girls of all abilities, specialising in Sport and Science. Ofsted stated that we are a good academy and judged nine areas to be outstanding (March 2011). We are an inclusive academy striving to meet the needs of all our learners in our caring environment. We are sponsored by the Diocese of Lincoln and have a strong Christian ethos and we are an equal opportunities employer. We welcome students from all backgrounds and faiths, regardless of ability.

37 hours per week (Term time + 5 days)
The successful candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic administrator to support and further develop the work of Inclusion
- Be a self-motivated person
- Have proven experience using Microsoft Office programmes
- Have experience of working in a similar environment with knowledge of Child Protection and SEN
- Preferably have experience of using SIMS (School Information Management System)
- Work as part of a very strong team and be expected to play a full role
- Have the ability to support and communicate effectively with students and staff
- Desirably have the ability to cope with challenging situations
- Passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people
- Be well organised and hardworking
- Be committed to high standards and have a flexible approach to work
