Job overview
Are you an administrative specialist ready to provide essential clerical support for our students' learning journey? Join us as an Inclusion Administrator, where your precise organisational skills will directly impact the effectiveness of the Inclusion Team. This role is vital for maintaining accurate student records, coordinating complex documentation, and ensuring that staff have the crucial information needed to support vulnerable students.
You will be responsible for the meticulous management of all inclusion-related administrative systems, including updating and maintaining the SEN and Vulnerable Registers. Key duties involve comprehensive support for review meetings: collating staff reports, completing pro-formas, and attending meetings to accurately take and circulate minutes.
You will manage tracking and reporting on the impact of interventions and handle routine correspondence and telephone liaison with parents and external professional agencies. Furthermore, you will provide administrative support for exam access arrangement processes and invigilate students with access arrangements.
Working pattern: 24 hours per week, term time only.
