About the role:  Do you pride yourself on your ability to build and maintain good working relationships with young adults?  Can you empathise whilst being firm but fair? The Leigh Academy have a great opportunity and are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Co-ordinator and Behaviour Supervisor who will take on responsibility for organising, providing administrative support and supervision for the Curriculum Resource Centre (CRC), having a positive impact on student learning.  When not required in the CRC, responsibilities will be to provide cover supervision for absent teaching staff, involving the facilitation of student learning in a safe and secure learning environment.  Whilst full training will be offered when in post, our successful candidate will have prior experience of working in a similar capacity directly with young people, offering an empathetic and restorative outlook for the benefit of the students.
