INCLUSION HUB MANAGER

37 Hours per week

Term time (39 weeks per annum)

Required for January 2022

If you are someone who is passionate about their job, enjoys working with young people and is determined to make a real difference to the children, then this could be the role for you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Manager to assist in setting up the academy’s new Inclusion Hub, which is being opened to meet the identified needs of our most vulnerable students in school. It will be a safe and inclusive environment for learners to access additional support.

The provision will allow us to fully meet the needs of every student and ensure every young person achieve their potential. We aim to bring about positive change and increasing levels of attainment in literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing.

We are looking for employees to join this forward-thinking Enterprise Academy and develop the quality of teaching and learning.  We are seeking to employ those who have a thirst to develop young people and build teams committed to academic and pastoral success. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in influencing positive learning outcomes for our students.

Our students need to be prepared for a world which is changing rapidly. One in which they will have many different jobs and careers, some of which do not currently exist, and they need to have the skills and attitudes to cope with an unpredictable future. To do this they need to have opportunities to develop resilience and to be enterprising and entrepreneurial, whatever their chosen educational and career path. We are looking for an individual who has the vision to make our Inclusion Hub work for those students accessing this.

This is an exciting time to be joining our Academy. Our latest building houses the English, science, and mathematics departments in state-of-the-art facilities. Our Academy is a vibrant and friendly place to teach, with 942 students currently on roll 11-16 yrs.  We are pleased to announce that we have again recruited to full capacity in Year 7, with regular in-year enquiries to join our academy. We offer excellent CPD opportunities for staff at all levels.

We are interested in developing the potential Middle Leaders of the future.
