Job overview

We are looking for a part-time Inclusion Leader/SENCo to join our team from September 2024 and lead on all aspects of inclusion and SEND. This is a great opportunity for you to become an important member of our vibrant school community which values individuality and celebrates differences.


You will -

Be an excellent teacher with high aspirations for all children and a strong understanding of Early Years education

Have the prescribed qualification for SEN coordination (or be willing to complete this within 3 years of appointment) or relevant experience

Have a proven track record of supporting children with SEND

Have a commitment to collaborative working and be a resourceful and reflective leader who can inspire, motivate and develop others

Be efficient and well-organised

In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and Head of School to implement our ambitious vision for the future.
