Job overview
The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding INCLUSION MANAGER to join our five form entry school. We are forward thinking and dynamic with two fantastic new buildings.
We are seeking someone who:
- Is an outstanding and inspirational leader of inclusion and special educational needs
- Can support and promote an inclusive culture throughout the school, enabling all children to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation
- Can play a key role in our wider Senior Leadership Team and demonstrate a real commitment to our school vision
- Can demonstrate outstanding impact on children’s learning and on teaching standards
- Can act as a highly professional role model and inspire, motivate and develop children, staff and our whole school community
- Is an enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking team worker who has a passion for the job with a real desire to make a difference
- Can demonstrate up to date working knowledge of issues around inclusion.
