Hobbayne Primary School is undergoing a rapid change to provide an excellent provision for all our pupils. We are a two form entry inclusive primary school in the heart of Hanwell who has a reputation for being a welcoming community school where all members of the community come together to develop the future leaders, scientists, mathematician, historians, electricians and educators.

We are looking for an Inclusion Manager, Non Classed Based (M1-UPS3 & TLR 2) to become part of the Senior Leadership Team and Hobbayne Family. This position is not suitable for ECTs. 

You will:

• Be caring and compassionate

• Hold or be willing to work towards a National accreditation for SEND co-ordination (NASENDCO)

• Be a strong and passionate leader, who is committed to providing the highest outcomes and standard of provision for pupils with SEND.

• Enjoy working as part of a successful team

• Be a confident teacher who strives for excellence 

• Want to make a difference and have impact on school improvement

• Have a strong pedagogy in primary education 

• Have a love of reading and teaching children to read
