Role Overview:
The Inclusion Manager will play a key role in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school community. This position involves working closely with staff, students, and families to ensure that all pupils receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an educational setting
- Good knowledge of current legislation related to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents/carers, staff, and external agencies
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective inclusion strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Competence in data analysis for monitoring progress and impact of interventions
- Ability to lead training sessions for staff on inclusive practices
