Job overview

Bodmin College seek to appoint a compassionate, caring, enthusiastic and child-centred Inclusion/SEND Pastoral Support Worker to assist with the delivery of a programme of activities that ensure the wellbeing and education engagement of our students.  

The successful candidate will support our students to encourage social integration and individual development, develop methods of promoting and reinforcing self-esteem and support students to resolve difficulties by facilitating Restorative Justice Conversations.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Term                39 working weeks per annum (term time, training days and twilights)
