Brighton College Al Ain is a dynamic and exciting school looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join our dedicated Inclusion Team. Working with pupils from Year 6 – Year 13 in the Senior School, this is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional and hard-working team who strive to offer a diverse range of challenging and inspiring opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.
The Head Master seeks to appoint an outstanding applicant as an Inclusion Teacher; a professional and outstanding teacher within the classroom who holds the relevant degree and experience, will lead by example, who has the ability to deliver excellent teaching and inclusion practice, blends creativity and rigour in the classroom, is highly committed and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
As a member of the Inclusion Team, the successful candidate will collaborate with others in an integrated team of specialists who will collectively ensure that every pupil is provided with the help and support they need to access the curriculum and excel academically and pastorally. The Inclusion Teacher will ensure SEN best practice is consistently embedded into each and every one of their lessons, conduct intervention strategies and offer support to other colleagues in this area. The vision is to have maximum impact on pupil progress and attainment.
