An enthusiastic, committed and inspirational Inclusion Teacher is required to teach within our Element Centre .
This role represents an exciting opportunity for any candidate who is eager to be a part of an organisation that seeks to secure the very highest educational standards for pupils, who has high standards, commitment, passion, and the ability to teach KS2-4 across the full ability range.
The Element Centre is part of The Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust. We offer an educational provision across our schools for young people in Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, who may be struggling to manage the expectations of a mainstream environment and need additional support.
The Element Centre forms a community based on Respect, Trust, Innovation and Courage to create a future full of opportunities for our young people, working in close partnership with parents and carers.
We develop individual excellence, embrace opportunities and build strong communities with Gospel values at the heart of all we do.
A flexible practitioner, you will teach across a wide ability range, while maintaining high expectations for all learners, as well as a desire to help every child fulfil their potential.
The changes made have become embedded and are reflected in the growing confidence in the local community meaning we are oversubscribed again for September 2021.
We are looking for an Inclusion teacher who:
● wants to transform children’s lives
● is an excellent classroom practitioner or the determination to develop into one
● works well with staff and pupils alike
● is looking to join a community of schools that promotes the formation of young people into successful citizens
● has experience of teaching students with a range of SEND
