> Vision for Education are a trusted partner of Special Educational Needs Schools, Alternative Provisions, Designated Provisions and PRUs across the West Yorkshire region!

The Work

> We work with schools across Calderdale Kirklees Keighley and Wakefield as a first port of call for their temporary, permanent and cover needs for Special Educational Needs (SEND) TAs and Support Workers

> We are looking for candidates to join us who have a background in any of the areas above, and ideally a supporting qualification in Health and Social Care, Early Childhood Studies, Supporting Teaching and Learning, Youth Work, Psychology, Sociology, Mental Health or a related qualification. (But not essential)

> We will need to be able to obtain at least 2 performance references relating to placements or roles described above.

> The schools we work with are welcoming, well resourced, supportive and loyal. We assist them with staffing all school year round with natural peaks and troughs in work

> We have an excellent record of staff moving into full time, contracted posts or becoming regular and dependable ports of call in these settings and are regarded as a high quality provider of Special Educational Needs Teachers and Support Staff.

> You can expect a warm, friendly and knowledgeable service, and opportunities to expand your skills and develop your experience in a supportive well managed way.

> Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children and young people. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
