Contract: Permanent, Full Time - 37hrs per week, 39 working weeks

We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Admin Assistant to support the Attendance Officers. The post holder will be responsible for providing general support in the Attendance Office and be a single point of contact within school for all Inclusion administration. This will alleviate the administration related to IT systems, to support SLT with administrative tasks related to Inclusion ie appointment slips and to support Pastoral Teams with intervention logistics such as room booking, appointment slips etc. This will include but is not limited to:

• Support with Class Charts detention admin including parental contact

• Support with IT system admin across Inclusion

• Collate Transition data and admin support

• Booking into school external agencies such as CYT/FIS

• Supporting Attendance team with parental correspondence

• Supporting Attendance Officers with legal paperwork

• Oversee admissions administration

You must have:

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Professional qualification and/or experience appropriate to the level of responsibility and

accountability with the role.

Headteacher – Richard Walkden

Located in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Ecclesfield School is a larger-than-average secondary school, educating around 1,700 pupils aged 11-16 in a co-educational setting. Originally founded as a grammar school in 1931, the school converted to academy status in 2014.
