£26,479 - £28,600 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting)
35 hours per week. The working hours are Monday – Friday 11.00 – 19.00. Some morning and weekend work may be required with prior notice, when time off in lieu will apply.

Do you have a level 4 or level 6 qualification in Advice and Guidance and proven experience supporting adults to achieve their learning and career goals? Do you have an good knowledge of Information, Advice and Guidance Matrix standards and managed a team of advisors? If you have good IT skills including MS Office and used new systems and processes to deliver an excellent service and maintain confidentiality; this role could be for you. A commitment to quality, customer care, equality and diversity and safeguarding are also essential.
