As part of the exciting growth plans for the School, we are expanding our team to meet future requirements.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Information Systems & Data Manager, GR4.  Please see Job description and Job Specification for further details. 

You will be responsible for maintaining the school information & data system so previous experience of managing data in a school setting would be advantageous.  The ideal applicant must be highly IT literate with experience of using CMIS and the full MS Office range, especially Excel.  Must be able to work to tight deadlines and produce accurate reports as required.  This role will be responsible for the provision of data for all Census returns and for investigating and reporting on all data requirements for the Trust Schools including examination results and timetabling.  The post holder will have access to confidential data so must have a professional attitude and approach to confidentiality and be aware of the regulations around data protection.  Must have good interpersonal skills, be flexible and have a good work ethic.    

The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Waverley School is a co-educational, all-through school located in Birmingham, West Midlands. It has around 1800 pupils across its primary, secondary and sixth-form departments. The school is part of the Waverley Education Foundation, a multi-academy trust that also operates the local Waverley Studio College.

Waverley School became an all-through school in 2012 and moved to a new site in 2013. It is proud of its diverse student intake.
