We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Officer to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This role is vital in assisting the Network Manager and providing exceptional IT support.
To be successful in this role, you will have high-level customer service skills, and an aptitude to effectively support people with a ride range of IT abilities. You will have the proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and problem solving. Additionally, you will have experience, ideally demonstrated in an educational context with managing and using one or more of the following: Apple MacOS computers, Apple IOS iPads and Windows 10.
