We are a highly regarded service seeking to recruit a new, permanent colleague to our very effective team ensuring high quality education in Gateshead and schools in the North East.  

You will: 

Have experience as a Primary School Headteacher and of delivering successful school improvement.  

Have knowledge of inspection and be willing to undertake training as an Ofsted Inspector.

Be able to communicate effectively and concisely.  

Understand and use both formative and summative assessment.   

You will also have expertise, knowledge and interest in developing a particular area linked to current educational issues which you should expand on in your application.
