Inspiring Improvement Partner

Inspire is looking to provide support and challenge for Head Teachers and their Senior Team with a difference.  We are offering the role of Inspiring Improvement Partner – with a real emphasis on the notion of Inspire.  A key aspect of this role is to provide support for schools so that they are in a better position to challenge themselves.  This permanent post is initially offered for 2 ½ days per week but could develop into a full time role in the future.

As part of this role you will work with the Senior Leadership and governance of schools who have an improvement contract with Inspire.  As well as provide advice and challenge for schools, a key aspect of this role is to be able to identify, deliver and arrange intensive support for schools so that provision and outcomes for the social, emotional and cognitive development of pupils are improved.

If you are someone with a proven track record in making a difference to the life chances of children through your own leadership capacity and can provide Senior Leaders with an additional lens that takes account of the wider and international context for effective practice, then we welcome an application from you.
