Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and committed individual to join as a temporary project manager on a full-time basis to support the delivery of four major projects across the Trust. This role will ensure that the projects are delivered to the highest possible quality whilst also being on time, within budget, and to optimal standards of compliance and safety. In day-to-day practice, there will be significant liaison work between the contractors and Trust staff to ensure that problems are overcome and the projects meet our needs.
We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm who can relate well to colleagues and contractors. A flexible and approachable manner is essential.
Hours: 36 hours per week, all year round. The core working hours can be discussed but will need to be appropriate in terms of being on site every day to oversee the contractors and will be from Monday to Friday.
Contract: Temporary, up to 18 months or two years.
Salary: Competitive and negotiated as a daily rate or as a fixed-term monthly salary, to be discussed.
