We are seeking a reliable, dynamic, and responsible person to work as an internal exclusion supervisor at Norwich Primary Academy. 

The role holder will support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons and placed in the school’s internal exclusion room. They will provide immediate support for behavioural incidents and work with students to support a smooth reintegration into the learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs.
