This role will be to work with teams of assessors and their line managers to internally quality assure qualifications. You will work with assessors to ensure the learning journey is planned, fair and evaluated. You will have to engage with awarding bodies to disseminate qualification updates to assessors and in some cases, lead the external quality assurance process and you will hold and attend standardisation meetings and support training and development where identified to meet the assessment strategy.
