Job overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a member of internal staff to take on the role of Transition Coordinator TLR 2.1 on a permanent basis. The start date is expected to be in June 2024.

In addition to those professional responsibilities which are common to all classroom teachers in the school, the post holder’s key responsibilities will be for ensuring that effective transition procedures are in place for all students transferring to CHS from our feeder primaries. The post holder will ensure that all students have the best possible start at CHS.

The post holder is accountable to a nominated Senior Leader and to the Headteacher.
