An exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Student Liaison Officer (Mandarin speaker) to support our overseas students in our thriving and high-achieving Senior School.

This is an excellent opportunity to support our overseas students as they progress with their studies.  The successful candidate will be expected to work occasionally on the weekends and during the school holiday periods to accompany the girls on cultural visits.

Portsmouth High School is an independent school for girls aged 3 to 18 situated in Southsea, Hampshire, just a 5 minute walk from the sea. The school part of the Girls’ Day School Trust, the leading provider of education for girls in the country which has been successfully educating girls since 1872. Portsmouth High School is ambitious for every pupil, preparing them for life beyond the school gates and an education at the school can be life changing.

The senior school opened its doors in 1882 and moved to its current location almost 130 years ago. Other sections have been founded over the years: the junior school opened in 1927, while the nursery was established in 2005.
