Scale 4 (point 18 to 21) 

Actual Salary £13,172 to £16,973

32 – 37 hours’ negotiable 

Full Time term time plus three additional days

We are seeking a motivated and supportive team player who is keen to maintain and improve the progress of our students. This would also be an ideal role for candidates who may be keen to pursue a career in teaching and see this role as an opportunity to gain valuable experience in education to then go on and train to be a teacher.  

Successful candidates will be expected to cover lessons for absent teachers, work as a keyworker for vulnerable students, undertake small group intervention, support in homework club, do lunchtime duties, if possible run a fun club for students and be involved in other extra-curricular activities and support students in the classroom working alongside teachers. The successful candidates will join a large team of staff and be given full training.
