Permanent Contract – 14 hours per week initially but likely to reduce to 9 hours per week from September unless funding secured, Term Time plus INSET

The hours are to be worked flexibly across the week and will be discussed at interview stage

United Endeavour Trust is a Multi Academy Trust comprising of Clayton Hall Academy, Newcastle Academy and Sir Thomas Boughey Academy.

This is an opportunity for someone to join our Pastoral Team at Clayton Hall Academy, to provide bespoke individual academic and pastoral support to vulnerable students within the academy. The post holder would be required to provide information and advice to enable students to make choices about their own learning, attendance and behaviour alongside challenge and motivation to promote and reinforce self-esteem. There would also be an expectation to develop good relationships with parents and carers, including exchanging information and facilitating their support for their child’s attendance and providing objective and accurate feedback to other staff regarding student's achievement and progress.
