IQA – Internal Verifier for Sport
The successful candidate will have responsibility for internally verifying and management of assessors whose clients are undertaking NVQs at Level 2 and 3 in the workplace.
It is essential that you have occupational competence, ideally hold an V1 or equivalent D34 certificate and willing to upgrade accordingly and be able to demonstrate your competence and experience of internal verification within the subject areas. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, together with excellent communication skills, liaising closely with the management within the Business Solutions Team.
You will need to be qualified to at least level 3/4 or equivalent with a positive and customer orientated approach. You must be a flexible team member as well as having a full understanding of the challenges faced by candidates and of the barriers to learning is essential.
