Applications are invited for the exciting role of Isolation Assistant Manager at De Aston School. Within this role, you will be working with the Isolation Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Isolation Unit under the direction of the Isolation Manager/Deputy Head.
This role involves ensuring that students who have been excluded from their lesson are managed according to the school behaviour policy, that student behaviour is maintained and all students complete their work as required. The role will also involve some work in the classroom helping to integrate students back into lessons.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will need to liaise with a variety of people on a regular basis. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
