Isolation Supervisor

Tewkesbury School is looking to appoint an Isolation Room Supervisor to join our highly skilled pastoral team. The role involves the administration and supervision of the internal exclusion of students in the isolation room and the co-ordination of work from relevant subject areas.
The post holder will work closely with class teachers, pastoral leaders and parents/carers to ensure students work in a calm environment and to assist in addressing the needs of students to help them overcome barriers to learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate practitioner to build relationships and support students at our school. You will need good communication skills and an awareness of educational requirements along with assertiveness, organisational skills and an ability to work confidently on your own initiative.
