Job overview

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, and North Warwickshire.  A further 2 primary schools will join the ATLP in the near future.


Isolation Unit Manager (ISU)

Part Time, Permanent

Required for February 2022



A vacancy has arisen for an ISU Manager to join the current manager to job share the role.


The role involves managing the internal isolation room at school. You will work with Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team to provide effective pastoral care for years 7-11, ensuring all students can achieve in a safe and supportive environment.


Salary:     Grade 3, £20,903-£27,041 pa FTE (actual salary £7,140 £9,236 pa), term time only


Location: The role will be based at John Willmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY.


Hours:   14 hours 50 minutes per week working on Monday and Tuesday


Start Date: Required as soon as possible
