Royal Russell is situated on a beautiful green campus of 110 acres in the Shirley Hills near Croydon, only 30 minutes from Central London and educates over 1150 girls and boys between the ages of 3 and 18. We are a forward-thinking progressive School, looking for an IT 1st/ 2nd Line Support person to join this quick-thinking team providing support to over 1500 users. Adopting a calm, professional and friendly approach, you will be the first point of contact for the users on a variety of issues. Always ready for a challenge, in a fast-paced environment, showing a passion for learning and continuous development, you will be working with a breadth of technologies including iOS and Windows devices, Mac, Office365 and Cloud.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an IT support environment. If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, are collaborative by nature, have a can-do approach and want to work towards providing a first-class IT service to staff and students, then this could be the role for you.

Royal Russell is an Independent Day and Boarding School for boys and girls aged 3 to 18.
